Aspia Group has acquired Financial Outsourcing, a Danish accounting and financial administration firm with a strong position in the local market.

Aspia Group has appointed Marcus Sandberg as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Marcus will assume the position in July and will be a part of the Aspia Group Executive management team.

Aspia, the leading business partner for technology-enabled accounting, payroll, advisory, and tax services, has completed the acquisition of Accountor’s accounting and payroll services business.
